She may well have hectic schedule, but a girl always finds the time to shop.
Kate Beckinsale embarked on a marathon bout of retail therapy in Beverly Hill yesterday as she hit up a series of designer boutiques.
The 37-year-old actress, who jetted back to Los Angeles from filming her movie in Vancouver on Thursday, looked stylish for her outing in the exclusive shopping district.

Dressed in a cosy grey wool shrug, skinny jeans and black suede ankle boots, she looked relaxed and happy as she browsed around the Barney’s New York store with friends.
Kate soon moved on to Burberry in Beverly Hills, where she looked to be particularly taken by a canvas Gabardine trench coat by the British designer, worth over $1,400.
The Underworld star had just the day before jetted in from Vancouver where she is currently shooting the next instalment of the vampire/werewolf action movie, Underworld: New Dawn.
Kate plays Selene, a gorgeous vampire with a vendetta against werewolves, and looked to be still in character as she her finger nails were still coated in a gothic black nail varnish.

New Dawn is the fourth Underworld movie to be released and has been a great success for British-born, Kate.
She met her director husband of seven years, Len Wiseman, on the set of the first Underworld in 2003.
The couple tied the knot a year later in 2004 with an intimate ceremony in LA’s affluent Bel-Air.

She's famous for her enviably long, dark hair.
So it may come as a shock for Kate Beckinsale fans to see the 37-year-old actress sporting a new blonde 'do as she left Los Angeles' LAX Airport on Friday.
The British actress was almost unrecognisable with the summery new style, which left her looking more like a Hollywood starlet than ever.

However, it's not the first time Kate has tried out the blonde look, as she also sported lighter locks when she starred opposite Guy Pearce in 2008 movie Winged Creatures.
And while Kate looked happy enough with her new look, she will have to dye her hair back to it's dark colour when she starts shooting new movie Underworld 4: New Dawn in March.

And while Kate is regularly included in lists of the world's sexiest actresses, she recently admitted she struggled to accept her appearance when she was younger.
She said: 'I was an awkward child. I would not want to go out of the house unless I wore tartan tights, a stripy skirt and spotted T-shirt. I was a nightmare.
'I was quite fat as a small child. I suddenly had hips and I was about 4ft 11in at 14. Then I grew in height, massively. I am 5ft 7in now.'

And Underworld star Kate Beckinsale wowed onlookers as she stepped out for an Easter weekend shopping trip with her hair looking red carpet ready.
The 37-year-old mother-of-one showed off her perfectly coiffed curls as she headed to Aahs party store in Santa Monica to pick up some gifts for the Easter festivities.

She was joined on the outing by husband Len Wiseman who looked equally relaxed in loose fit jeans and a T-shirt.
The romantic couple then left the store both loaded down with bags but made sure to stay close to each other, walking arm in arm back to their car.
Just this week it was rumoured that Kate has been asked to play the role of Lori in the remake of 1990's hit movie Total Recall which is being directed by her husband Len Wiseman.

The role of Doug has already been cast and will be played by Irish heart throb Colin Farrell.
The movie is set to begin filming on May 15 and is set for a summer 2012 release.
Meanwhile Kate is busy filming Underworld 4: New Dawn in which she reprises her role as vampire warrior Selene.
